Refund Policy

The short version: try it before you buy — see Pricing. If you buy anyway and VidVertex isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and you get your money back.

The 14-day guarantee

• Your first subscription payment is refunded in full on request within 14 days of the charge. No forms, no hoops — though a line about what didn't work for you helps us.
• The guarantee applies once per customer.

Renewals

• Forgot to cancel? A renewal charge is refunded on request within 14 days of the charge.
• You can cancel any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked in every receipt and in the app under Settings → User profile). Cancelling stops future charges and keeps the license until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

• Email support@vidvertex.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. Do not send payment card details or your license key.
• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears; mandatory refund deadlines remain unaffected.

Statutory rights

• Your statutory right of withdrawal comes first. VidVertex is sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record — they are the seller and your contract partner for the purchase. Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal where provided by applicable law. For digital content, early loss of that right requires the legally prescribed conditions, including express consent to early performance and acknowledgement of the loss of the right. These terms do not themselves constitute that consent. The applicable withdrawal information is provided at checkout by Lemon Squeezy; see also its buyer terms.
• The 14-day guarantee described above is a voluntary promise from us that comes on top of that. It does not replace, shorten or limit your statutory rights.
• The same goes for any other mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence — nothing here limits them.
