Settings → CSV settings holds the prompt template for each text kind (title/description, first comment, text widget, hook, endcard). Leave them as they are and you always get the current built-in prompt; edit one and your version is used. A template that merely matches a built-in — current or any earlier shipped version — counts as "not edited", so you never get pinned to an old prompt by accident.
NOTE
The dialog pre-fills an empty template field with the current built-in so you can read it. That prefill is not an edit: a template identical to a shipped built-in always resolves back to the live one.
