The help menu

The "?" in the hub toolbar: Contact support (opens your mail app), Open log folder (the data folder's logs/), Software updates. When the app itself hits an error, it shows an error card with Copy details, Open log folder and Reload — and writes the error into the same log.

TIP

Open log folder is the fastest first step for any support mail. vidvertex.log in that folder holds the render and upload lines of the run you are asking about.
