Posting time, language and voice
Scheduling: posting time per brand
On the Profile tab a brand carries its own Posting time, a Delayed posting (minutes) value and, when you need exceptions, Custom times. The upload plan reads them before it falls back to the global slot table, and every upload mode goes through the same resolution. Set the brand's Timezone here too — the times are that brand's local times.
Several posting times
Posting time takes more than one entry. Add a second time and plan day 1 posts at the first entry, day 2 at the second, then it cycles — a brand that publishes at 18:00 and 19:30 alternates instead of always landing in the same minute of the day. Same-day posts across several platforms are spread by Delayed posting (minutes) so a crosspost doesn't hit every channel at once.
Custom times
A custom rule pins exact times for a platform, a post type, or both — carousels at 12:00, TikTok videos at 17:00. Rules resolve most-specific-first:
| Rule matches | Beats |
|---|---|
| Platform and post type | everything below |
| Platform only | post type only, and the generic rule |
| Post type only | the generic rule |
| Nothing matches | the brand's posting time, then the global slot table |
Plan days cycle through a rule's times just like the posting time list, and a matched rule deliberately ignores Delayed posting — writing a rule is taking manual control. Details in Upload & scheduling.
Content language
Each brand can declare the language it publishes in (Profile tab). This is the axis behind multilingual publishing:
- AI-generated titles, descriptions, first comments and hooks come out in the brand's language.
- Burned-in captions are translated into the brand's language automatically at render time (cached, editable — details in Captions).
- Hook and endcard line pools exist per language.

A brand with no language set simply uses whatever language your briefing and footage are in — nothing changes until you opt in. A German and an English channel are simply two brands.
When a stack keeps per-language hook or endcard pools and a brand's language has none, that brand renders the flat list instead — possibly in the wrong language. The render confirmation, the upload pre-flight and the Hook and Endcard tabs name the brands and languages this affects.
Voiceover voice
If you use the AI voiceover for hooks/endcards, each brand can carry its own voice; brands without one use the global default from the settings. See AI setup.
