When nothing here helps

  1. Read the log. The data folder contains logs/vidvertex.log with the full story of the last runs — the hub's "?" menu opens the folder for you.
  2. Report a bug at bugs@vidvertex.com. Include the log lines around the problem and your app version (shown in the window title and in Settings).
  3. Everything else goes to support@vidvertex.com; feature ideas are welcome at suggestions@vidvertex.com.
