Providers

Settings → AI. Pick a provider, paste its key, choose a model:

  • Google AI Studio (Gemini) — the default; the only provider that can listen, so clip analysis includes the audio track there.
  • Anthropic (Claude).
  • OpenAI — and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint via the Base URL field (OpenRouter, a local server). When a provider has no curated model list the Model field is free text.

The page adapts to the provider: key placeholder, model list, help link, and the clip-analysis audio toggle (greyed out where the provider can't hear). Test connection makes one live call with the values currently in the dialog.

TIP

One key per provider. Switching the provider swaps the visible key/model fields to that provider's own slot — entering a Claude key never overwrites your Gemini key, and switching back brings the old one back.
