Good to know

  • Captions sit on top of everything — no overlay can cover them.
  • Line wrapping is bottom-anchored: a long line grows upward, never down into platform UI.
  • The editor preview never blocks on transcription — if no transcript exists yet, the canvas shows a placeholder block you can already position.
  • The render preview transcribes and translates on demand like the batch render, sharing the same caches — the first preview pre-pays what the batch would pay anyway.
NOTE

The transcript works even with captions switched off. It is the data basis for the silence cut, for music ducking and for the loudness measurement, so a batch render and the render preview transcribe on demand either way — and captions are re-timed onto the cut automatically.
