Claude says it created a file, VidVertex can't see it.
Claude's own folder (under AppData\Roaming\Claude) is invisible to the app.
Have it save into your inbox or data folder — the tools warn about sandbox
paths.
Claude still behaves like the old version after an update. Restart Claude; the Integrations page shows which sessions run an older build. Restart it after an update that changes how data is stored, too.
Claude posted twice. Posting is asynchronous: the upload run returns a run id and keeps working in the background. Exact duplicates — same file, same texts, same brand and platform — are skipped and reported, so a repeated call is usually harmless, but a run started twice can still produce two different posts.
A slow run is not a failed run. Ask the assistant to poll
upload_status; never let it start schedule again to "retry" (a second
call answers "already running").
Claude's render never finishes, or the app says "already being rendered".
One render per stack, whoever started it. render_batch lists stacks another
process holds under skipped; wait for that render, or cancel it where it
runs — the assistant can stop its own batch with cancel_render.
